SAAB, BSU, and CCSJ Social Justice Committee Collaborate to Create the HipHop Seminar
It was standing room only in the 2nd floor lobby as Garrard McClendon moderated a discussion featuring a panel of experts on HipHop culture. The panel discussed HipHop history, its portrayal in the media, issues with violence and misogyny, and positive artists and role models. The seminar also featured rap and spoken word artist performances.
