Crimson Wave Beat Purdue-Cal in Overtime Thriller
The CCSJ Men's Basketball team outlasted Purdue-Calumet 70-65 in the Kettle Classic. Evinn Herring lead the team in scoring with 19 points, Janine Hudson added 17 points and 4 assists, and Tom Radke had 11 points and 14 rebounds. The Crimson Wave led 31-20 at the half, but PUCM made a run in the 2nd half.

"We knew they would make a run, but we maintained our composure," said Hudson. The lead switched back and forth and gave way to a tie score at the end of regulation play. From there,
the Crimson Wave would not be denied. Point guard Zeb Hall noted, "Once overtime started, we
turned up the intensity."
